Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller

2. Products

The products are novelty balaclavas. The photographs are for illustrative purposes: slight differences in color or shape may exist.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, VAT not applicable (Article 293 B of the General Tax Code). The price displayed at the time of order confirmation is the amount to be paid. Standard delivery is free within France.

4. Ordering

The order is validated after payment. A confirmation is sent by e-mail. The seller may refuse or cancel an order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer or a manifest pricing error.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via secure Shopify payment, using the payment methods offered at the time of checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment validation. The estimated delivery time is 8 to 17 days after ordering in France. This is an estimate. In the event of a significant delay, please write to us via the Contact page. See also Delivery and tracking.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

The customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw, without having to provide a justification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or non-conforming. The refund will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the return, using the payment method originally used. Procedure: Returns and refunds page.

8. Legal warranties

The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
