Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to justify yourself.
Make a return request
- Go to the Contact page and select the subject related to returns.
- Provide your order number and the item(s) concerned.
- We will reply with instructions and the return address.
- Send back your package within 14 days of your request, in the condition in which you received it.
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless your item is defective or does not correspond to your order.

Refund
Once your return is received and verified, we will refund you within 14 days at the latest, using the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the price of the returned items.

Defective, damaged or incorrect item
If your balaclava arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to the ordered model, write to us via the Contact page with your order number and a photo. We will offer you an exchange or a refund. The legal guarantee of conformity applies in all cases.
